Dolphin Cloud is a service for automatically uploading ads to Facebook, through which you can launch campaigns on dozens, hundreds, and even thousands of accounts simultaneously.
Dolphin Cloud connects to advertising accounts via API, and you manage them from a single center. But there is a catch: this whole system does not work without a proxy.
Proxy ports are a must-have tool when working with Dolphin Cloud. Without them, the service won't let you run campaigns, as your ad accounts will get banned right away. Proxies assign each ad account its own IP address, so ad network trackers can't see that all accounts are being used from a single center.
Here you can centrally manage proxy ports — add them, remove them, check the connection, and share them with team members.
To add ports, click the corresponding button and add them using one of the suggested formats. For example, suppose the provider gives you a proxy in this format: 65.1**.7*.*7:1**07:R**v1***beEV:2***djFRuh. Paste it into the form exactly as it is, and Dolphin Cloud will automatically separate the login, password, IP, host, port, etc.
At the end, you can add a proxy name and an IP-change link after a colon. In our example, the proxy name is Froxy.
Add any number of proxies at once as a list.
After adding a port, it will appear in the list and must be checked for functionality. To do this, select the proxy port with a checkbox and click “Check”.
As a result, the status will change from “New” to “Active.” Check any number of connections in one click.
Through the manager, you can not only check proxies but also transfer them to other team members and set their expiration date.
After the expiration date passes, the system will indicate that the proxy needs to be replaced. The replacement should be done immediately — an expired port may lead to a ban of the advertising account.
The easiest way is to add them from the manager. For example, take one of the accounts with outdated ports — d641. Look at the “Proxy Error” label.
Click the account name and select a proxy from the available list, for example, Froxy.
After that, the red “Proxy Error” label will disappear from the account.
You can also add proxies to multiple accounts at once:
After such a bulk addition, all accounts will become active again and ready for launching ads.
If necessary, add proxies manually rather than using the manager. Everything is as usual: enter the port, host, login, and connection password. Use test ports to test the manager.
To add many accounts at once: click “Add Account” and then select the “Add Multiple” tab.
Before adding, we recommend preparing a list of profiles in the following format:
These values must be written in the same order and separated by a double colon — :: After the proxy, you can copy and paste the cookie text from a file. As a result, the verification line will display the corresponding data.
Go to the website froxy.com
Click on “Get Started” — you will be redirected to the pricing plans for different types of proxies. For advertising accounts, we recommend residential or mobile proxies. They better mimic real user traffic and reduce the risk of bans compared to datacenter or shared proxies.
Register and select a payment method.
The proxy access details will be sent to your email and will be available in your personal account. Simply copy them and paste them into Dolphin Cloud as they are.
To prevent accounts from getting banned, proxies alone are not enough. You must also avoid trigger actions.
One trigger for advertising networks is linking payment cards to several accounts simultaneously. To avoid this, Dolphin Cloud allows you to set sequential card linking to accounts with pauses between actions.
Another trigger for Facebook is launching the same ad simultaneously from dozens or hundreds of accounts.
To avoid this, set delays in Dolphin Cloud.
Example launch pattern: first account launches immediately, second account after 5 minutes, third account after 10 minutes, etc.
This option applies to ads and Fan Page names. For example, when uploading ads you can add several creatives and enable rotation so that different campaigns use different creatives.
You can also rotate: Fan Page names, Fan Page avatars. With a Spintax feature combine Fan Page names from a set of predefined words.
Increasing campaign budgets automatically or manually is a debated topic. Since manual bid increases sometimes cause freezes and bans, Dolphin Cloud includes automatic rule management.
Set conditions such as: increase the budget by 20% if the cost per lead reaches $4, decrease the budget if the cost exceeds $4.
Auto rules can be grouped, applied to many accounts, and shared with other team members.
Two functions help recover accounts from freezes or bans:
To appeal banned Fan Pages: Select the accounts → Choose “Fan Page Tasks” → Click “Appeal FP.”
To complete Risk Payment: Go to the accounts tab → Select the accounts → Hover over the three dots → Choose “Confirm Account RP.”
Then select the method to complete the risk verification.
Fighting bans on Facebook always requires a comprehensive approach. Avoid any actions that trigger FB, and in case of freezes and risks, solve the problem immediately. Both your budget and reputation are at stake.
In general, all Dolphin Cloud features are designed to minimize bans. Auto-posting itself remains invisible to Facebook — launching ads looks as if different users are using advertising accounts.
To maintain this visibility, proxies are necessary. It is best to choose a reliable provider such as Froxy. Take a trial proxy and check its quality and performance. Also, use the promo code FROXY. It gives a 20% discount on the first payment for new users.
